About Us

  1. SYF was started in 2014.
  2. It was registered in 2017 with Registration No. 133 and is operating PAN India.
  3. SYF is actively working in Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Rajastha Maharashtra , and Chhattisgarh.
  4. SYF is a non-political organization.
  5. SYF is headed by Narinder Singh Saini (Lally Saini), who is also the Founder and National President of the organization.

Under the leadership of our National President, Mr. Narinder Singh Saini, the organization has reached new heights. His guidance, vision, and dedication to social service have given Saini Youth Federation an identity that is reflected not just in words but in actions. He believes that if the youth of society receive the right direction, opportunities, and leadership, they can transform the entire society.

Our Vision

  1. Social Awareness

SYF works to create awareness about important social issues such as education, health, women's empowerment, environmental protection, drug de-addiction, road safety, and social harmony. The organization encourages every citizen to become socially responsible and actively contribute to nation-building.

  1. Education Counselling and Student Support

SYF provides educational guidance, career counselling, scholarship information, and mentorship to students. The federation helps young people choose the right educational path, prepare for competitive examinations, and develop skills for a successful future.

  1. Social and Community Representation

As a non-political organization, SYF represents the concerns and aspirations of the Saini community before government departments and public institutions. The federation works to ensure equal opportunities, social justice, and the overall welfare of the community.

  1. Employment and Career Assistance

SYF supports unemployed youth by providing information about government and private sector job opportunities, organizing career guidance sessions, skill development workshops, entrepreneurship awareness programs, and employment assistance.

  1. Youth Motivation Through Sports and Cultural Activities

SYF promotes discipline, leadership, teamwork, and a healthy lifestyle by organizing sports tournaments such as Kabaddi, Cricket, Volleyball, Athletics, and various cultural programs that inspire confidence and unity among youth.

Our Mission

  1. Health and Humanitarian Services

The federation regularly organizes free medical check-up camps, blood donation drives, eye check-up camps, health awareness programs, and other humanitarian initiatives to improve public health and serve society.

  1. Community Development and Unity

SYF strengthens unity within the Saini community by organizing state-level conventions, seminars, cultural events, and awareness campaigns. The organization works to preserve community values while encouraging cooperation, mutual respect, and collective progress.

  1. Leadership Development

SYF identifies and nurtures young leaders by providing opportunities to participate in organizational activities, public speaking, community service, and leadership training, preparing them to serve society with honesty and dedication.

  1. Transparent Democratic Organization

The federation follows a democratic structure by conducting State Elections every three years and District Elections every three years, ensuring transparency, accountability, and active participation of members. Currently, SYF has over 5,235 active members.

  1. Service Before Self

The guiding principle of SYF is "Service Before Self." The federation is dedicated to serving society without discrimination based on caste, religion, region, gender, or political ideology, with the aim of building a stronger, united, and progressive nation.

SYF organizes free medical check-up camps, blood donation camps, and sports tournaments such as Kabaddi, Cricket, Volleyball, etc.

SYF also organizes state-level conventions, where people from different fields—including politicians, well-known businessmen, and bureaucrats—participate and contribute towards the welfare of the Saini Samaj.
